We spent almost two years battling with lawyers and insurance but in June of 2025 we were finally able to start repairs. Russel was there from beginning to end. He was given our budget and went above and beyond his powers to find the best ways possible to not only stay in budget but give us what we wanted without lowering his standards of quality and safety. He gave us a timeline and stuck to it. His employees are top notch and would be there working from sunrise to well after sunset. We were back in our house by August 2025. He stayed in constant communication with me as well as my Mom, the homeowner. I had a million questions throughout the process and he was always so kind and thorough when responding quickly.
